Two AGuH hybrid terrorists held in Anantnag: Police

Srinagar, Sept 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) on Monday claimed to have arrested two hybrid terrorists of Ansar Gazwat ul Hind (AGuH) in Waghama area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said that Anantnag Police along with Army arrested two hybrid terrorists linked with proscribed terror outfit AGuH.
"Based on specific input about movement of terrorists, a joint naka was established by Police along with Army (3RR) at Waghama-Opzan Road," he said.
As per spokesman during checking, the joint party apprehended 02 hybrid terrorists of proscribed terror outfit AGuH who were identified as Tanveer Ahmad Bhat son of Ali Mohammad Bhat resident of Waghama Bijbehara and Tufail Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Hassan Dar resident of Midora Tral.
"During their search, 02 pistols along with 02 magazines and 15 rounds were recovered from their possession," he said.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law was registered in PS Bijbehara and investigation was set into motion.
